How We Produce Recycled Plastic Granules and Pellets
We process industrial production scrap and post-consumer plastic waste ourselves at our workshops in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency, into granules and pellets.
Production flow
Seven stages from raw material to delivery.
Stage 1
Raw material collection
We collect production scrap from various industries and post-consumer plastic waste.

Stage 2
Sorting
Material is sorted by resin type and color. Unsuitable materials and dirt are separated out.
Stage 3
Crushing
10 crushing machines cut the material into flakes. The result is granules.
Stage 4
Washing
The flakes are washed to reduce contaminants.
Stage 5
Extrusion / pelletizing
2 extruder machines melt the flakes, filter them, and cut them into uniform pieces. The result is pellets.
Stage 6
QC
Our QC team checks production output. Per-batch parameters can be requested from our sales team.
Stage 7
Packing and delivery
Products are stored in the workshop warehouse and delivered with 3 company-owned trucks from Cikarang Barat.

Granule products are finished after stages 3 and 4. Pellet products continue to stage 5.

Granule
Granules are flakes produced by crushing. The plastic is not melted at this stage.
Pellet
Pellets are made from granules that are melted, filtered, and cut into uniform pieces in an extruder.
