YJP processes plastic waste in-house into granules (crushing) and pellets (extruder) at workshops near the MM2100 industrial area, with its own delivery fleet.
Two main types of machines produce YJP's two product forms. The explanations below are general descriptions of how these machines work.
In general, a crushing machine cuts plastic waste with rotating blades into small flakes whose size is set by a screen. The flakes can be used directly by factories or fed to an extruder.
Output: granules (ready-to-mold regrind).

In general, plastic flakes are melted inside a heated barrel, filtered of dirt, pushed out of a die as strands, cooled with water, and cut into uniform pieces. Temperature is controlled because each resin behaves differently when melted.
Output: pellets (plastic resin pellets).
